I’m Dr Mama-Aso Peprah an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who thought I knew what to expect in my second pregnancy… until I experienced a traumatic birth and a NICU stay.

Despite my medical background, I felt lost in my own recovery, with no clear direction on how to navigate postpartum struggles. I searched for help, saw every professional I could—but still, something was missing. I struggled to get back on my feet and even lost my practice.

That’s why I started Nurture Hub^TM with a colleague—to make sure no mom feels alone, unprepared, or unheard after birth.
